If intension is good then first Hydra should return amount of permission and paid taxes for those facing huge loses, and take action on GHMC officer's who was given permission with out checking the land.

What is the employment base of people who will be using metro rail ? How many years will it take to develop & what would be the ROI for the company indulging in this investment 5216 cr. ? Is it even feasible ?

What is the meaning of getting clearance from Hydra? How HMDA can give permission, without checking the info available on their own website? Do you think common man can understand those maps with longitude and latitude and incomplete Survey nos? Are they counter marked on HMDA approved layout? What a foolish suggestion! Don't you know that, even if a building is not occupied, the innocent investors would have paid huge advance and stage wise payments? Complete evasion of responsibility by Govt itself and now harassing innocent investors. If they are serious about protecting lakes, they should have simply arrested all the Officials, who gave approvals, which would stop encroachments. No, they are their colleagues and partners in crime, hence they will not do it. Shame on them.

Hydra please just simply release the survey numbers which are in FTL or buffer zone..for future assistance.🙏
