I used a mediation based on this one with guys in rehab. It's so difficult for them to get around their thinking. And this started helping them. I am so blessed to see the beginning steps of them being transformed.

A great practice that women can help men. They can come along side them in the battle against sexual lust. (Which is much more prevalent than the church wants to admit.) Women's can stop wearing form fitting clothes. It's so bad you can see their vag sticking out a lot of the time. That does NOTHING to protect or raise up our men.

Just remember that those we ask may not know the answer or may lie about not knowing or may pretend to be something and know something they really don't just to keep up their image.

We don't use science enough. Check this out: Once we unleash our dominion through hearing the word of God which is the goodness of God, that power will cause things to inspire, hold and reoccur for the purpose of our salvation, it will cause a salvation work system. 😉
