Out of the Mist
I have recently been creating music themed around the ADHD within me.
This is one of those pieces. There are many days when I feel exhausted by the constant stream of thoughts flying around in my head all day.
This song reflects my own wish, imagining how peaceful it would be if the thoughts that overflow like a waterfall and create a fog in my mind could disappear.

I love improvisation, and usually, I play around like this, layering sounds. I let myself go with the bass, moving my fingers and body with the waves of sound. When I'm playing and becoming one with the music, it feels like my soul is traveling the sea. 普段こんな感じで自由に即興で音を重ねながら遊んでいるよ、という様子をそのまま撮ってみました。

I asked my mother to freely play the black keys, and she played them for me. She played joyfully. I don't know if you see comments but I first heard this song when I was 14 and it has helped me through some rough times but also convinced me to learn piano.
