If your products only have one variant attritube, our app will automatically move images from Shopify (aka Main Store) to the eBay site (aka your sales channel) 2. However, if your products have more than one variation attribute, you can choose which attribute you would like to map the images based on, using LitCommerce. This is because eBay only allows users to map Variant images using one Variant attribute. Once the mapping is completed, the variant images will appear on your eBay store site corresponding to the attribute you mapped them to. We hope it helps!

At LitCommerce, we only work directly with WooCommerce and are not partners with those third-party services. However, if you use those third-party apps to update data on your WooCommerce (e.g., fulfilling orders), and if it falls within the scope of LitCommerce's sync features, as long as you ensure the data is updated on WooCommerce and can be sent from WooCommerce to LitCommerce, we will retrieve that data from WooCommerce to sync with the sales channels. You can either manually input your desired rate or use the "Load Live Rate" option to get a real-time exchange rate. Please keep in mind that once a rate is selected and saved, either manually or through the live rate option, LitCommerce will then sync your prices using the fixed rate.
