I am leaving this comment regarding this awesome ceremony, Moananuiakea ceremony launch live stream. Was not able to leave a comment there so I left this one here at this video, hoping people read it. I have to say the two Hawaiian commentary people were truly PILAU. Talking over so many important speeches given. Nainoa for one. But they talked over many important moments. Terribly disrespectful and pilau. You all know what I am talking about. Kuleana??? Those two Hawaiians should know about kuleana. They needed to just shut up. It was really difficult to hear over those 2. And annoying. Major disrespect. WTF

As a young pilot who lived in Kake for only a brief period, I was fortunate to fly Clarence Jackson a handful of times to Juneau. He was an amazingly humble and gentle soul, and a great leader. He made a lasting impression on me. Yet almost 30 years later I still strive to be as kind, composed, and compassionate as Clarence Jackson.

At 9:00… They gave you control of the land, so the the director in charge could clear cuts the old Forrest for cash which is kick-back to the congressman and the director herself. This lady and this organization has only money in mind not your concerns! Wake up! Lets kill eagles for there feathers, so we can make more money. Listen to what she is saying. Come on wake up!

Seaalaska is corrupt and is pocketing the money they make from clear cutting our old growth foriest. It is so sad how the lady director stands there telling the locals, "this is our land" while she sales the wood for dollars the locals never see much more than pennies on the dollar. They are loosing there heritage while she buys more gold ear rings, large diamond rings, and gold chains, and expensive cloths, home, and car. She is in charge of policy and living large while the locals loose the forest, and there lifestyle. Save the old trees, fire her, and replace the Government Natural Resource Manager!
