Hello. This is actually a school project where we are supposed to make a documentary.
I started making videos during 4th grade. I used iMovie on my iPad. Once I pretty much maxed out iMovie on my iPad, my mom let me use her MacBook to edit with the laptop version of iMovie. Later, my mom purchased or possibly got the free trial (i forgot) of Final Cut Pro X for me. During COVID, my mom bought the Adobe Suite and I started to learn Premiere Pro. After neglecting to do so because of the intimidating interface, I also started learning After Effects.
Now, I am a senior in high school. I make videos in my "Audio/Visual Production" class at school (a fun elective I am blessed to be able to take). Even if I do not pursue editing as a career, I do not foresee an end to me making videos.

Jonah this was so well done. It's so cool to see how you've grown as a young man AND as a performer! Following your families' footsteps, of course. Your editing is SPOT ON and very tight. Timing IS everything and you did a great job with these clips. It must feel so rewarding to see footage of yourself from so many past practices and shows, and it goes to show how grit, passion and practice have paved the way for you and your band-mates - in friendship and performance prowess. @@JonahJAM In after effects, mask out the person with the rotobrush and then make sure everyframe only has the body, then hit enter! when it's only showing your body! hit pre-compose then place the pre-composed clip over the normal clip, and then apply a fast blur, make the blur dimensions only horizontal then adjust till happy. hope it works!

@@chinkl3 regardless, it was not shot in camera, even if it is an asset, the lightning is computer generated. There is a lot of VFX that falls under CG, The Flash's lightning is one of them.
