Light touch screening followed by sharp / dull testing. The patient has intact light touch upon screening, but has impaired sharp / dull discrimination on the medial aspect of the arm down to the wrist (hand was intact).

Upper extremity strength screen

Static standing balance assessment is performed prior to dynamic standing balance.

In the clinic setting the patient would be asked to either take off his shirt or put on a gown to allow visualization of the spine. In this video, the shirt was lifted to expose the lumbar spine. This is not ideal.
