This is after you beat true ending? Is this where you have to enter room 102?
It looks like that room with a kickable door that I think just randomly appears. I guess just hitting it enough opens it
rare room that has a 1/2022 chance of spawning, you'll know when you find it because the door has a label with "XFF-PXTH", it takes about 30-40 minutes with crowbar auto clicking to break it down
the door has 17722 hp i suggest using deadly luck perk and irregular coin for a high chance to get the room and also buy a crowbar from the utilities tab in the lobby to help breaking the door
