@@general-griveous5913 ahh PB blaster. Use that, it’s a solvent that will break free stuck nuts but won’t overuse it on the valves

@@davidhofinger4927and also am I supposed to keep the valve screw not connected, like keep the space where the feeler gauge can fit or am I supposed to screw it back in or something, because it lashed my valves and my scooter has a weird noise and goes a lot slower

@@general-griveous5913 just like the video says you have to have a gap still that is why there is a .4 tolerance with the feeler gauge and you do not want the feeler gauge to be stuck shut so it has room to move around still You must’ve tightened it way too tight. You have to get it just right. I made sure to include it in this video.

@@BilboBaggins-q8k yeah another viewer helped me out with figuring out the issue. Thank you. I appreciate it Problem now is that is fixed but now now the carburetor is clogged up or something because it starts barely, but then you’ll give it throttle and guess what it bogs down. I never have a break with this bike. I can’t even ride it. It’s infuriating

@@v1lj383 yeah you got it right it’s the rocker arms tapping off of the valves Adjust your intake and exhaust to .4 That works for me that works for thousands of others. It’s fine. I have the same size head as you do sometimes it’s a little bit noisy, but as long as it runs, a little bit of tapping is not a bad thing. My bike has always tapped like this. It’s a Tappy bike lol And it runs with no issue when I adjusted the .3 it doesn’t run as well. It doesn’t hurt anything as long as it runs .4 is a great adjustment.

@@shaggybuddz4208 it’s called “GPS race timer” You can find it on the App Store. It is free and it is phenomenal as he seen in this video. You can even set what speed to stop measuring at to the decimal point. You can also set which footage or yardage to the exact point where you wanna stop. You can even set it from 20 miles to 32 mph and see how long it takes if you want Free and amazing Check it out

You’re not the first person to reach out to me about a problem without me being there and a present honestly, it could be 10 things. I’ve never personally ran into that issue worked on any bike with that specific issue I have no insight. I’m sorry, man.

@@Nolle09 already did that. How hard could it be to just watch a video for what it is turns out it is the kick starter the starting gear specifically. Nothing is loose or wrong with the variator. It’s the starter gear that never happened until after this point these clowns love to think they know everything that’s going on.

@@josephstephenson1479 well now I can’t even start the bike because that is fixed and now it just doesn’t wanna start at all. I’m gonna go through everything. I’m gonna give it a new spark plug. I’m gonna drain the carburetor in case it’s flooded. I’m going to clean the intake filter is bike is just presenting me with nonstop stuff. That’s why I haven’t made a video. It’s been sitting outside for like two weeks now. It’s fucking ridiculous

@@davidhofinger4927 that's bike life for you brother I bought a Solana 50 cause my tao tao broke down then I got all the parts just to have hella rust in my gas tank now 😭 my Solana wasnt starting either but I changed my gaskets clocked my piston rings and put new air filter and valves and it runs amazing now you got this bro and when it does start it's gonna be so satisfying

@@josephstephenson1479 I dumped so much money into it over and over again hundreds and hundreds of dollars and then when I get it together, a new problem popped up and immediately afterwards it’s so weird man I’m so sick of it. I just wanna ride my two-stroke. I rose it for two whole days then all this happened then I fixed it and now it has been sitting because I’m busy. It’s infuriating man. There was a time where I had both bikes running and modifying them both at the same time and everything. It was working as I was supposed to now it’s just the opposite. I get bike life stuff. I’m not new to it, but there is never any good periods anymore so I’m gonna do what I can do. New spark plugs clean out the carburetor clean out the intake filter charge up the battery AGAIN and hopefully she turns on Of course I will film it. It’s coming soon.

@@GsoNick yessir you can just plug and play an A9 cam with a stock motor. I’d adjust your valves to .4 on the Intake and exhaust though running a bigger lobe

@@LakituGaming the starter bendix is still thrashing itself around. I got the battery charged as of yesterday and have it in my possession, but I’m busy doing other life things so I cannot put it in and test it yet but I’m going to address this issue as soon as I have the day to do so.

@@melloWaffen my other bike does the same thing I’m at a loss for words of what the noise is exactly but it went away but now I cannot even start the bike until I charge this battery or get a new kicker This bike has shredded three kicker levers now 🤦‍♂️

@@jeff6369 there is no kit for that. You just have to delete the oil pump by pulling it out and that’s it. It’s very simple. You don’t need to put any plate on anything.

@davidhofinger4927 Thank you, man. I have another question. Is it possible to keep the engine at 50cc stock and upgrade the carburetor and other item in order to reach roughly 40 mph to 45mph?

This was a video made in my infancy of Scooter modifying I wish I could’ve redone this video with the knowledge I have now but it is what it is and the point got across just fine so it’ll forever be here
