I understand not wanting skimpy outfits with Lin, but the American version also censored the same outfits for the adult characters. That makes no sense to me.

Small correction, but Lin isn't 11, but 13 in Japanese. it's the western release that made her 15 for no reason.

The 25th anniversary video was so great. Had me tearing up the first couple of times I watched it. And I'm really hyped for XCXDE. Didn't have a Wii U so I could only watch my friend play it. I know the game is good but this time I'll be able to play it myself.

after going back and forth for days i believe the black knight is 100% the lone hero. Monolithsoft love their out of context trailers, im 95% sure the line Fancy seeing you here is Matt Mercer speaking as Lao to the Black Knight. it makes the most sense that Lao would be confused on him being there rather than the other way around.

I just found your channel. Xenogears is my favorite game of all time, and the XenoSaga Trilogy is close behind it. Xenoblade Trilogy was really good, too, but Gears&Saga were the best.

I knew that when the colored Eunie pics would finally come out that people would suddenly stop hating on it so much lol Just like with the Mio figure- people were meh about it but then the colored pics released and the paint job was so good that suddenly that sentiment changed. I'm telling you, you can take a cheap $20 toy and make it look amazing with a great paint job, Ive seen some crazy transformations.

They also of course have the Bring Arts Weltall and Weltall-Id, which is on a different scale to the Structure Arts kits. And actually we caught a glimpse of Stier and Weltall-2 prototypes in one of Ishigaki's tweets that were showing off this new FORM-ISM Weltall! (kinda harder to see in the photo, but that's the point haha)

I want a Matthew Ouroboros figure/model kit like the Weltall's (not to mention Agnus and Keves Castle, Gilgamesh and Origin and Aion from 2)

That Weltall prototype looks great, seeing a Pied Piper prototype is neat, those Xenoblade decals are really cool and wish I would have gotten them, and those music performances were really great.

Ziggy is obviously based on David Bowie.

Episode 2 isn't a bad game. There definite downsides there like the voice direction and lighting for the character models but there is some good stuff with Rubedo and Albedo. And Fatal Fight is one of the best Xeno boss fights songs. Edit: The Eunis Figma proto looks fine but at the same time I'm kinda done with Figmas. Good Smile is changing a bit too much these days while it feels like their figures haven't improved in design.

This game fxcked me up. NGL. It opened my brain tunnels to something more than just being human. The political/religious/psychological/commercial ideas, with the martial arts backing... fxcking beautiful. Along with the ost, anime shorts, and amazing cgi for its time. Nothing new beats this story-telling. It was a phantasm for its time. I still remember climbing the tower of shevat, and fighting Ramsus near the top, thinking this game couldnt get ANY cooler. And yet, it surpassed all of my expectations. Even at the end. What a beautiful and horrifying game. ❤

iam a fan of xeno series since 2005 when I met one guy and he showed me a cd Xenogears. i just want to know how Mitsuda got to know Joanne? how come he managed to find and collab with Jo. if anyone knows some articles throughout net pls report

My favorite of the two, anyway. 😄 Its so cool that Ive been obsessing over this game for 2 years now and I'm still finding cool stuff hidden about it or its development. Its truly the game that keeps giving. And yeah, if one of the games/series has no new news for a month, a little slice of hidden trivia like that about it is actually a good substitute.

I always love hearing how deep the rabbit hole goes when it comes to how various beliefs are worked into the world-building and identity of a game's narrative. I'm a sucker for a story that escalates into the divine and such. Great video, and I learned a lot!

I'm not surprised at all by all the various allusions Takahashi has sprinkled into this works. During college I took a religions of the world course which gave me insight and overview of several. So when college roommate of mine introduced me to Xenosaga as he played it I went "Oh? I know that term, hmm." or "I recognize that name.". The Xeno series is truly fascinating in this regard.

The rings behind Melia remind me of the castle mech, but you are right, also, agree, SO MANY NEW MELIA ART, WE KEEP ON WINNING I didn't notice Gormott's head underwater, nice. For some reason, there is no concept art of Shulk's attack moves?? I wish we could get the beta designs of the main characters in the dlc. Which art from this book is your favourite? mine would be everything about Origin bird

An interesting watch. I do have the Rosa figure. I got it for £60.00 used off of eBay back in 2020. I’m pretty sure mine is legit since the box is real and the figure looks good and is sturdy on the base. There’s always a little bit of me that thinks it could be fake, but I think it’s just paranoia. The seller said they got it off ami ami too. One thing I noticed with the bootleg is that the hair in the pokeball side is in front of the arm, while on the real one it’s behind.
