Easy & Tasty Barramundi Fish Thai Style Steamed Recipe
This recipe is very easy but the taste is very exquisite. You will not be disappointed to make this your dinner menu today and white rice and you are set.
- 1 Barramundi Fish (or Bass also works)
- 3 lemongrass stalks cut into small sections
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- 6 Tbsp fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp of light brown sugar
- 3 limes
- 2 garlic chopped
- 3 Thai chilies (you can add more if you like it really spicy)
- a bunch of cilantro
Direction
1. Clean your fish and add the lemongrass stalks into the cavity of the fish
2. Steam it for about 15-20 minutes depanding of your fish size
3. Heat up the chicken stock with the sugar until it all dissolves
4. then add the garlic, chilies, cilantro, fish sauce, and lime juice
5. taste it and pour it on top of your steamed fish
