The pre order poster is a habits tracker, thw numbers aorund the outside go up to 31 (a long month) and it can be used to track healthy habits that you wish to improve on and make more consistent, or to track habits you already have to track your days. Each row can be for a different habit (e.g journaling, bed times, workout/gym) and you mark off the days that you do those things. I would say there isnt enoigh stickers for them to be used consistently for the whole month personally It isnt a great explanation so i recommend looking at other habit trackers online, but its still a fute way of presenting one that fits the album 😅😊

Does the content of the bag with sticker come in a standard version?
