Beautifull conversation :-) Nkosiyazi is very clear and consistent. Life is just happening and all inclusive: the joy, the beauty, but also disease and suffering. Some people are just in extreme situations. But what is happening is no-thing. Life expressing itself. Empy-fulness. Everything can arise. Horror and torture included. There is a difference, so it seems, to the story we tell ourselves (added suffering) and pure fysical pain/ suffering. All unavoidable. 'This' can apear as everything. But I wouldn't say to someone in a warzone nothing is happening. If you feel inspired Walter, I am curious to hear your perspective.

What I appreciate about Mannfred is that he sometimes simply doesn't know. His perspective seems more traditional Vedanta. Although he also states that it doesn't really matter how you call it/ reality/ being/ emptiness/ awareness etc. Mannfred seems sure he has found it's nature. From my perspective there is no way to know yourself/ your nature. What instrument would you use to know? And I am not sure at all that there is a 'thing' called awareness or consciousness. UG Krishnamurt avoided terms as awareness because people would turn it into an object. He spoke of a natural intelligence of the body that functioned on its own. Walter it might be interesting to check Odeh Turjman. He has a material/ neurological perspective on 'enlightenment' because of his collapse of self. He also wrote a book. He sees mind as a pure physical process. So mind is memory, is what society put in there. Spirituality is for me just another concept. The unspeakable remains unspeakable. There simply is nowhere to point to.

Good question on awareness Walter! Enjoying you conversations/ discussions. There is just full on life that expresses itself. Individual separation is an illusion. I wouldn't say suffering ends. Suffering seems to be part of life, there is just very little resistance to it.

1. Grieve. 2. Allow yourself to feel. Don't suppress. Don't repress. FEEL. 3. Love yourself. Honor your feelings. 4. Concentrate and focus on yourself, your boundaries, your health, your wealth, your joy, your life... 5. Forgive yourself. Forgive them. Don't take others' behavior so damn personally. (They're fucked. They have their own traumas and issues.) Every family has a person who breaks the chains of poverty and trauma... I AM that person! The only thing I'm giving up on in my life: is the need for specific conditions to be met, in order for me to be RADICALLY HONEST. RADICAL HONESTY is my modus operandi. JOY IS MY PURPOSE. YESHUA IS MY GUIDING LIGHT. 1. Decide who you want to be and BECOME THAT 2. FIRM/CLEAR/DIRECT boundaries. Consequences for those who don't respect them. 3. Cut out ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that doesn't serve your health and your wealth 4. Take action everyday toward your ideal life/reality 5. Gratitude 6. Master your mind/emotions (do not be a slave to these)! YOU ARE THEIR MASTER! 7. Keep your promises. Treat yourself like the Queen that you are. 8. Learn (and ultimately master) new HEALTHY skills 9. UNDERSTAND: not every man is built to see your value. They are not all capable nor able. 10. Be confident and authentic 11. Create peace around you, and within you 12. NEVER EVER accept anything/anyone that disrespects you and your boundaries 13. Be open to correction and growth and evolution 14. I don’t play any of these childish abusive controlling mind-games. I will only be with a man who values and appreciates me, and treats me as the Queen that I AM.
