no what you do is; go to your xbox settings; network settings; advanced network settings; find something along the lines of "alternate mac adress"; find where it says manually change; then change any of the digits in there to something else. tell me if you need more help

just pick any one of the digits in the mac adress, for example say its A, you would just change it to B
