Shreyas husband! Seems nice.
Superb jeyashree. Go ahead. U will reach the zenith
Informative! And nice to see you both! One problem I have seen in this is about level of granularity of these OKRs. Whole is more than sum of parts. You cannot break a bigger goals so precisely that it can be assigned to each smaller unit or person. And they are not mutually independent. Problem is how to do this effectively for 2-in-a-box or 3-in-a-box structure and other support functions.
Hi Kaustubh. The beauty of OKRs is, unlike goals, OKRs never cascade, they only align. From the company OKRs, the teams can get a clear direction and understand how they can contribute to reaching those OKRs. Each team then defines a set of tactical OKRs for the quarter that contribute to the strategic OKRs and that roughly align with them. In this way, even though the teams’ OKRs are not 100% cascading from the company OKRs, they are aligned. Teams can also have additional OKRs (referred to as local OKRs). And since the OKRs are not 'split' they need not be mutually independent. Because of the alignment they bring in and the right mix of ambitious objective and SMART key results, OKRs help define a common purpose in a 2-in-a-box or 3-in-a-box structure. They help support functions also realize how what they do contributes to the organization's strategic objectives.
@@mailtosirisha Thanks for the detailed explanation!
Inspiring and warm talk. Thank you CTQ
great sir
I guess only a few companies have luxury to deliberate upon abstract ideas such as 'Culture'...rest appear to be struggling to get things delivered, somehow and get paid reasonably ok!! Once an entity reaches certain level (comfort mode) some in management can afford to think on these ideas
Very nicely spoken. 👌
Thanks Vikas 🙌
A different kind of interview and interesting one. Gave a new perspective on state of affairs. Thank you!!!
Interesting aspects!! Nicely put together

@@MBonkile Aww! Thanks Mayur!
Recently I bumped into your Linkedin page and TH-cam channel and hooked into watching the videos. You guys are doing a great job. Incidentally I also developed a 'system' of listening to one book summary each day on Blinklist two years ago and reaping the fruits of that decision due to compounding effect.
Thanks for the kind words Parag. Good to hear about your reading system - all the best!
Its an excellent video ... you can make it more interesting by including snippets from movies, advt, etc. e.g. for this topic scenes from Officespace will be great. Best of luck for future
Thanks, Sumit.
