Managed to get the day off and took the oppurtunity to go out in the boat. The Tide was in at 4am ish so went for a 5am ish set off. Day kicked off with me forgetting my phone. Standard. Was a great day. Thanks for Watching.

I've had boats for nearly 25 years now and as Covid has let us all look at ourselves a little more I thought fuck it ...lets buy a dead boat and found a beauty...the one and only Shetland Alaska 500..A true legend of small fishing boats. I've only really owned boats with inboards so this will be new to me... With Love from the Isle of Man

Transforming an old Ocean Kayak Drifter to the bees knees fishing Yak..(my opinion only of course) using 2 years or so since reno and still looks great..couple of extra rod holders now as I aim for bigger and more fish...Bonjour

Thank for the video. I am thinking of getting a quicksilver pilothouse 500 and wondered what you think of them in the usual British choppy seas and fishing with 2 people onboard ? Also is there a seat in the cabin for the second person or are they standing all the way ? Appreciate any reply Cheers Bob

Still lots of small holes around the boat. I just picked up one in Guernsey c/w all electrical eqpt for 5k. Awesome boat.
