This means that the poor people looking for a beautiful view will often suddenly discover that what they first saw has now become a building site. Perhaps not too good!

"The house has no negatives" ... proceeds to make an insultingly low offer and makes ridiculous, expensive demands!!! I'm glad the owner rejected the offer.

The big expensive place inside is too "echo ey" , it feels cold. the outside space is a huge improvement.

The second villa was beautiful. Larger bedroom? what for? you only go there to sleep and fart! 🙂

Property 4 has that nice homey feel, maybe because I grew up in a house with gardens. Takes a lot of work but it could look amazing, Property 5, I do like hotel like properties, clean lines and efficient layout. Plus look at the view! Only downside is it has lots of stairs and depends on how much the HOA bills are.

I loved the 2nd house. There was no risk of the views being blocked by a new building, unlike the 5th house that had that land across with a for sale sigb. Additionally, the 2nd house was bright, modern, and move-in ready, it didn't need any updates at all, and the pool space and curb appeal were also nicer. Also, it came furnished and the furniture was also better than the ones in the 5th property. I don't mind that it wasn't open plan.

I would have liked property 4 because you could make an air b and b out of the extra room at the top. You need greenery in hot places or you would cook in summer

So wonderful to find you again! How nice for you to visit with your extended family and have some time away. It was wonderful to see the children running and playing in the grass after a long, hard white winter of much snow. Your life is certainly challenging, but you have found ways to meet every challenge that comes your way with such strength and knowledge. I believe that you have found the truth of a good life and that is not in possessions but in self reliance and more importantly the support and love of family. Keep going! I am amazed that she found what she really wanted and then proceeded to make demands for all those extras for €135 K !!! Her budget was €150 K so why try to rob the vendor. Anyway it looks like she came to her senses in the end.

I thought property #5 was the best. The views were outstanding, everything was new, and yes, it did look like a hotel, but she could easily jazz it up with her own personal touches to make it cozier. So much outside space, just gorgeous views. And the pool was only shared with 6 other units. Thanks for the upload.

I loved that 5th property as well. It had everything and more.

I loved that last property. The outside space was really beautiful. The layout was nice and there was nothing wrong with the kitchen.

I would have gone for the 4th property. It was peaceful and quiet, with its private pool.
