Rafiki Foundation
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 10 ธ.ค. 2009
“Rafiki” means friend in Swahili and depicts the purpose of Rafiki-to befriend people in Africa and around the world. Established in 1985, the mission of Rafiki is to help people know God and raise their standard of living. We do this through Bible study, education, teacher training, our widows program, orphan care, and by equipping the church.
Rafiki has established ten Rafiki Training Villages within the African countries of Ghana, Liberia, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and Ethiopia. Our Villages provide spiritual, living, and educational facilities for orphans and classical Christian education for community children. Rafiki also provides African women a means of employment through artistic expression by purchasing their handcrafts and selling those products in the United States. In addition, Rafiki partners with 25 African church denominations and provides Bibles, commentaries, and Rafiki’s Bible study resources to help equip their congregations.

Rafiki Short-Term Missionary: Lylah Soto
As a newer member of the Home Office staff, Lylah had experienced the Rafiki Foundation only on American soil. In July of 2024 she traveled to the Rafiki Village Liberia to see the international impact God allows Rafiki to have. Get a glimpse into the life of a Rafiki short-term missionary as Lylah shares her experience!

I’m from Tanzania 🇹🇿
I'm blessed by your teaching Dr. Andrew Ssevume from Entebbe Uganda. 🙏I want to move regions beyond...
keep religion away from kids until they are voting age, or are you afraid that they will grow up realising god is imaginary and you have to plug it into them before they can thin critically?
what's the minimum i have to do to get into heaven? i mean i don't really want to go there cos christians are horrid immoral sinners to a man, but i don't want to burn either, so what the absolute least i can do to get in? here must be a limit eh? and it would help so many lazy people like me who just want to avoid hell, so what's the trick, what do i have to do to fool god into admission? cos it seems to me people do an AWFUL lot of work when they just need to figure out a couple of things and they can spend sunday constructively, instead being moaned at about how bad they are.
she tought me with excellence in grade 11 and 12.... I thank God for her.
thank God I had that education 😊😊
this is awesome 😁😁
this is nice 😊😊
not really, religion shouldn't be taught until kids are old enough to realise it's a fabrication.
This is a great scholarly presentation of classical Education. I suggest that it be used in all RICE colleges to introduce students to classical Education. It's so rich. Thank you for sharing.
keep religion away from children until they are voting age. no one has even established if god is real yet.
So much in such a short clip, your musical sound for a small group is amazing!

Ladies you are so talented and blessed. Continue your good work. I have you all in my prayers God's blessings on you all.
At minute 51 I said that we were getting our curriculum approved in Ghana. That was incorrect. The team in UGANDA is in the photo and they worked very hard for 2 weeks to present our curriculum and we are on track for approval in 2022 in Uganda. Well done team!
Not bad. We shall get there
Is kenya the same in everything as all the other rafiki schools

My own children used to say the same thing. What about me? And I also said, “you have me, but they have no one.” Praise God for your faithfulness to God and to your family!
