Certainly agreeing to what you are sharing in this video. Thank you. In our experience, hiring inhouse looks cheaper at the beginning but most businesses look at the cost of hiring an outsourced company but do not do the calculations of how much it is costing them to hire and retain staff.

I am a Very unhappy customer of Icon Health and Fitness and have been getting the run around from your customer service team for days. You have my money but I do not have my treadmill and no one can find it. I've been trying for 5 days (20 days since I placed my order) to get someone to figure out where the treadmill is and all I get is the run around or put on hold. Someone needs to contact me. I only started keeping names today, because I'm fed up, so I don't have the name of the 3 people I spoke with on Friday or the 3 people I spoke with yesterday, but here is a list of the unhelpful people who work in your organization I spoke with today. Started today with Hunter, asked him to speak with a supervisor so he sent me to Ryan. Ryan was not willing to take responsibility for for solving my problem saying that I must speak with tracking. I've been transferred to tracking several times and they are no help so wanted to stay with the people who TOOK my money. He transferred me. David answered the phone, I asked him to speak with a supervisor he agreed and put me on hold. 20 minutes later (10 minutes after the music quit) I hung up and tried again. Jess answered the phone and I asked who his manager was and to connect me with him. Jess said his manager was Sid but that I couldn't speak with him, that all I could do was fill out a request and Sid would call me back. REALLY!? You don't have managers on duty. I also asked Jess what Ryan's job was since Hunter sent me to him earlier and Jess said the only Ryan he knew was a sales rep. I am sooo tired of getting BS from your people. After trying, unsuccessfully for more than 5 minutes to get Jess give me some way to contact management he transferred me to tracking, the people who have unable/unwilling to help me since Friday. But not without condescendingly asking me "if you went to the grocery and had a problem in the deli would you go the the bakery for a solution?" While I was telling him no I would go to the grocery manager when the deli proved incapable he transferred me in the middle of my sentence. My order number is 1016917, someone with authority needs to contact me. I will post this in as many places as I can until someone can help me.
