This video was really good, i ended up watching the whole thing you earned a sub from me. You should do a video on Necrozma i think it has a lot to talk about. The ultra beasts generally get slept on when it comes to conversations about pokemon so it's nice to see people are still talking about them.

That is a super well made video 👌 I absolutely miss that style of artwork as it made me very nostalgic recently given how the world has worsened and gotten less exciting 😔😔 I’ll be honest I think as a society we would be all tired of seeing the same stuff all the time and I do think change is necessary to create for the new timeline. But, I recon this whole oversimplified stuff is really not the most exciting thing, like sure it’s nice to look at, but it’s no Frutiger Aero. Now given the chance to look back at this, it makes me happy and sad at the same time because I think that was the last time we’ve seen true creativity. But the only time I think the modern oversimplified style really worked, was the Pepsi logo before they changed it to the retro looking one they have now. It’s a pretty good logo but I think the one I mentioned before and the one before it in the 2000s were far more appealing in my eyes. My favourite memory of Frutiger Aero would definitely have to be Windows 7 and Apple’s old iOS system. I would love to see in the future if companies can pull off a modern similarity to Frutiger Aero as it would live up to the promise of 15-20 years ago.

Quite a fun video covering these critters! You might want to turn down the volume of the background music to balance it so you are easier to hear. But the music picks for each were excellent! You know how you said that Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo, Lunala, and Necrozma didn't have code names? Well they are actually not considered Ultra Beasts, but more so a part of the story line associated with them. There was a bunch of speculation by NPCs that they were one along the way, but they later learned otherwise as the story unfolded. For instance: Necrozma was given the code name "UB: Black" when they thought it was an Ultra Beast, but it's Pokedex entry says it's merely "reminiscent" of Ultra Beasts. Plus using a Beast Ball on it won't up your odds (Except in Pokemon Go, but that's likely not canon). So this video actually does cover all of em'.

supposing with Celesteela that it's actually the seed a huge plant that spreads across the universe by sending celesteela from planet to planet. Puffballs and exploding cucumbers do a relatively similar thing on a smaller scale so it might be possible

I was born in 2007 but was more fond of unknown 60’s and 70’s aesthetics, not ones shown in commercials and pop culture but the basic environment you would see at your grandpa’s house and probably still would today. I would say this aesthetic was probably the last era of creativity being in pop culture before social media and smartphones took over. I almost feel the stuff from the 20th century would still be modern while the 2000’s things would be in the future, I don’t know why but it does to me.

They should do more with ultra beasts in future games like adding more, also maybe the reason we don’t see guzzlord’s home world is because it doesn’t have one maybe it ate it or something

The Ultra Beasts as cosmic horror fascinate me, also Nihilego's habitat being at the bottom of the sea makes me hopeful for some kind of future underwater UB encounters or the like, in a deep-sea trench

Pretty sure the first game I remember playing was, of all things, Phineas and Ferb on the DS. I got caught by Candace once, the game froze, and I never really played past that point out of fear lol

The oldest game I remember playing was Skyrim or SM64 on the DS. My older brothers had a lot of gaming stuff, as one would expect for teenage boys in the early 2010s, so I would get on their DS' or PS3 occasionally. Another early game I remember is Dark Souls 2, although as one would expect I never got very far

Nice vid however theres 2 parts i would have to disagree. 1 is the power flower as we need to consider the other characters which do get powered up. Also would disagree with 1 since while being weaker its makes platforming easier plus it is useful for finding secret exits. I would replace it with the nsmb2 golden flower. As it makes an ez game so much easier.

I would agree with @grateoraclelewot, and not even put it on the list. It actually, even with the downside, makes some levels easier, and even some bossfights. I struggled on the kamek fight in SMBU deluxe, but using the floaty boi, and also being smaller helped me beat him prettyquickly. Though that was probably more luck and less skill.

I think pretty much all the rest of these are worse than the Mini Mushroom. It's not great, but the floaty jumps can be fun, and it can basically work as a self-imposed hard mode. If games being too easy is bad, why is a difficulty-based power-up also bad?
