7:03 The p-side should be connected with the -ve terminal and n-side with +ve terminal. As photodiode is generally connected in reverse biased condition.

Sir thodi mistake hai . Graph mei apke graph ke hisabh se...Vn= Vp=0 ni hote junction pe. Toh isiliye pehle bhi tha galat hain boundary conditions x=x1 pe bhi Vn hoga naki Vo. Correction KR liyejiyga. Baaki ye sabse easy method hain. Thankyou
