Damn, I'm of Irish descent (amongst a few European origins) who just happens to be Puertorriqueno, having been born in Rio Piedras. Shame I never lived there but this is a heart warmer. I disagree. Puerto Rico's situation is different with that of Palestine. The Palestinians has the option to pursue the proposed "2-state solution". Many times they reject it. Israel has definitely stronger historical connection with the land.
