The year I moved from the pnw ( which I miss) I learned about the retreat. Just my luck. My aunt had 2 pigs and I went to see them, thinking they would look like Wilbur. They scared me because the sows head was huge. Mind you I was a kinda of city girl .

We used to live on a farm in Kansas that my FIL & MIL owned and they raised pigs so we have lots of pig collectibles.

Love your retreat sampler! The beaver and racoon brought back memories of my dad. He had a pet racoon as a child :D

I love that you did the empress. I just started cross stitching and am just about to finish my very first piece. It’s the lovers card by the same designer. My hope is to do at least a few more cards to hang together as a set.

Wish I lived closer, packing is my favorite part of moving! I know sounds silly, but I love to pack and every time I help someone they are always amazed at how much I can get into a box/tub :D
