I do a lot of high level Runescape PvM content, and general outrageous shenanigans :)
PVME "The Enraged" Feat [Magic Camp]
This was quite an interesting challenge, and one that I wanted to complete with the simplest setup I could. This meant only using one combat style, with minimal switches, as well as only one aura and one familiar (though I did bring a backup pouch). Magic was the obvious choice, since it is by far my favorite and best combat style.
I was the most worried about the Arch-Glacor kill going into this challenge, but it actually went very smoothly. However, I guess the unusual preset and inventory threw me off a little bit, because the Telos and Zamorak kills were very messy. Since I didn't die, I didn't get another shot at some cleaner kills, so enjoy the highly sub-optimal gameplay in the second half.
Also I may have slightly forgotten that my poor hellhound gets one-shot by Zamorak's big typeless attacks (since hitcaps were removed), so R.I.P. danger doggo about halfway through the Zammy kill :(

cool challenge, good job.
Have you tried equilibrium aura and replacing biting 4 with enhanced devoted 4 and replacing grim with amascut or jas?
then you went back and killed it. right....right?

That's insane, good job!
Why not show the drop
Like what shield do you use for this, i don’t get how to block his beam
Use devotion for the beam. If he does 2 before devotion is off CD then use a powerburst of vitality. Having enhanced devoted on your gear will give you a chance to survive it if somehow both are down.
@@mikehunt7410 thanks buddy
Or you can res it by doing this specific defensive rotation. Anticipate beforehand then use reflect preparation as it lowers the cooldown of resonance, then on the 3rd hit switch to soul split and use res at the same time, you want to manually click on res though otherwise it doesn’t always work. - anticipation- preparation- reflect 2 hits click on res switch to soul split and don’t attack the boss otherwise you will die most of the time too.
didnt show drop?
good shit man

Thank you for showing that it can be done with the tank armour set! Great vid and gzz on 4k :)
Impressive! But somehow also makes me feel like this is doable (not to undersell perfect-ticking for 30 mins). I get heated at 500% enr haha. I mean in comparison to watching Lucario do it with 200+ apm on release, that was simply unattainable even in the farthest reaches of my imagination
Yeah, one of the great things about necromancy compared to other styles, makes things like this a lot more approachable with lower apm and much lower gear cost :)
Nice kill! Could you explain how exactly you deal with the minions? Since they removed chincend, I gotta come up with an alternative. I've been trying with the decimation eof, but it just costs too much adrenaline for the duration it provides. EDIT: Was this kill recorded before or after the Death Skull Nerf?
looks like 1-2 scyth hits to get souls, then invoke death + threads into volley, sap, volley. Then if they're somehow still alive, scyth the rest
Yep 3 scythe hits, invoke death, threads, volley, sap, volley, more scythe hits. This was after the death skulls nerf.
Thank you two for your quick responses! How would you handle b2b Minions or b2b Arms if you have most strong hitting abilities on cooldown?
The main problem with b2b arms is not actually lack of damage, it's that devotion will be on cooldown. It is still survivable if you have a shield with turtling on it and you barricade first (giving devotion time to come off cooldown) but it's still pretty likely that you'll die (although it is possible with necromancy to just nuke the arms so fast you don't even need defensives). As for b2b minions, threads of fate will be on cooldown for a little bit so you kinda just have to improvise until you can use it again, but it's not that big of a problem.@@Gramr98
@@zalvadorers8484would you say that tank is better at this than t95?
what were the drops
Nicee! What relics are you using?
Conservation of energy, fury of the small, death ward
can you reply with your arms rotation ty in advance
I usually just aim to living death, split soul, and invoke death before the arm becomes attackable, then death skulls, t90 spec if I have the adren, volley of souls if I have the souls, and then auto/touch of death, finger of death spam. Devo when needed, then either finish it off with more finger of death or t90 spec if I didn't use it earlier(or even t95 spec if that's available). If I didn't do very much damage to start, I'll just play it safe and build up to a barricade with basics after the devo and use t90 spec afterwards. Also it isn't a huge deal if living death is on cooldown or if you don't have adren for it, because you will still do good damage.
yh makes sense since LD only boosts your dmg for finger of death , and reset cd of touch of death and skulls on activating LD , tyty @@zalvadorers8484
this was awesome to see gj , and great video
Is it even worth having zombie? He dont do anything half the time he walks away from arc and im pretty positive contributes no damage.
Zombie does poison damage which is good at this boss, and he does do a vary small amount of non-poison damage as well. However, you are right, he does seem to wander aimlessly around a bit in this fight lol.
Show loot ;w;
It was stone spirits, ez 5k made
Is it easier than range or range hybrid? Should I bring a spirit shield with ultimátum or lucky 4 + absorbative 2? What perks do you have on gear?
Yes, I'd say this is the easiest way to do 4k now, especially since you don't need to worry about bringing 2 or more styles. Range hybriding with bik arrows will give you the fastest kill times but it is much higher effort. I didn't find a spirit shield to be needed but it never hurts to bring one along. I like putting bulwark 4 on my spirit shield for zammy, but besides that lucky 4 + absorbative 2, lucky 6 + absorbative 1, or turtling 4 are all good. Perks: Main hand--precise 6 Off hand--aftershock 4 Chest--Biting 4 + Demon slayer, Relentless 5 + Crackling 4 Legs--Invigorating 4 + mobile, Impatient 4 + Devoted 4
@@zalvadorers8484 is it worth using enhanced devoted 4 over invigorating? I already have mobile on my chest
It's really personal preference, I prefer invigorating for the extra adrenaline, but enhanced devoted will give you a little more damage reduction.@@invictuous9222
Why is your 4K AG necro video on private setting?
I have a few questions. Why the noted bananas? Would you recommend still using a repriser or strykebow now that bone shield exists? Can I do 4K on revo? Can I do 2k on revo? Does having achto armour make 4K easier?
The 69 bananas are just a joke since I had extra inventory space lol. Now that bone shield exists, a defender is no longer needed, but the fact that bone shield currently requires 3 types of runes means that it will take up more inventory space than a defender would for essentially the same functionality. I seriously doubt that 4k would be possible on revo, since you really have to be careful about which abilities you're using at any given time, although you could probably make it work for 2k. Achto makes high enrage kills easier mostly because of its ability to reset defensive abilities, which can come in very handy. With all this being said, I think necromancy is now the easiest way to do 4k rather than range/mage or range/melee hybrid. I've been doing some testing and I'm hoping to make a video on it sometime soon :)
Lol i was like ok maybe he knows something i dont
Gf
loot ofc was stone spirits
How isn't this viral yet 😂
I dont know how to survive the hardcore laser.
Great run! I have a few questions though.. 1) What does stalling seren godbow means? It takes 65% adren to proc right? Then addtional 65% for dark bow proc too. 2) BOLG 3rd and 7th hit will proc the addtional damage right? So do you play on full manual? I tried to gauge the 3rd stack, but it always go through with random basic abilities.. 3) How are you not taking damage from the boss starting of the fight, with just soulsplit on? 4) Related to question 1, what does snipe do..?
1) Stalling an ability just means that you use it while out of range of your target. This stores the ability and consumes the adrenaline needed for the ability, but it isn't released until you click back on your target or cast a spell (such as smoke cloud) on your target. It is also cancelled if you use any other ability after stalling (except for bladed dive). This allows you to use two abilities at the same time, by releasing a stalled ability and activating another ability at the same time. If you are stalling an ability with ranged or magic, you can equip a melee weapon in your off hand, and anything outside of melee distance will count as out of range, allowing you to run a few squares away, stall the ability, and then equip your off hand again (or the BOLG in this case). You can see me do this at 1:17, equipping my mainhand blight and offhand excalibur, running a few squares away, using the SGB spec, and then equipping the BOLG. You can see when I do this, the 30% (not 65%) adrenaline needed for SGB spec is consumed, so I drink an adren pot so I'll have enough adrenaline for the snapshot and dark bow specs afterwards. You can also see that I don't use any more abilities after this until I perform the actual skip, otherwise the SGB would be cancelled and never go off. The skip occurs at 1:24, where I press smoke cloud (this releases the SGB spec on the boss) and snapshot at almost the same time (snapshot slightly after smoke cloud to make sure the SGB is released first), and then dark bow spec after the global cooldown. 2) Yes, full manual is required in order to stall an ability like this, plus it gives you way more control over the exact abilities that are being used and when. As you said, revolution will continue automatically using abilities after you stall, which will cancel the stalled ability (and mess up your BOLG stacks). 3) I enter the fight with disruption shield active, completely negating the first hit. 4) Snipe is just a really good basic ability, does lots of damage.
This is now my favourite runescape video I have rewatched it 10 times
Now make a achto teralith experience for telos 4k!
Sick kill, id assume i cant use vamp to do the arms rotation reliably?
Yeah, if you don't use inspiration, you occasionally won't have enough adrenaline for this rotation (depending on impatient procs and such). Additionally, inspiration is easily the best aura to use at high enrages because the extra adrenaline is extremely helpful, especially when killing the minions :)
😂😂😂
omggggggggggggggggggggggg
hahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Bamboozled hard.. Was under the impression it was 40min video
You’re on TH-cam ok
your not on youtube ok
nice video. why do you not used bik arrows?
2 main reasons: 1: Maintaining bik stacks at 4k is really annoying and I didn't want to deal with that for this particular kill. 2: To get the most out of a poison build, I would need to use a Blood Reaver familiar, but this counts as using food in my opinion since it is basically the equivalent of spamming brews the entire time.
But using a hellhound to soak up damage is better lmao slow 4K kill. Why chin+repriser when you can incend or natty in anticipation and then deci eof + stun mob move bolg spec +2 dbows heck if you’re worried about damage just debilitate. 35 min video could’ve been 20-24
@@elmorules99 Yes, a hellhound soaks up incoming damage, similar to a spirit shield, but a reaver actively heals you without even draining adren or stats, making it literally better than food. Also, kill time is completely irrelevant for a one-off challenge run like this, so I prioritized safety over speed, especially since I had exactly zero panic heal options. Not sure what you mean by "incend or natty in anticipation," since you can only accurately predict the next spec 20% of the time, and wasting a natty or incend is borderline catastrophic in a kill like this. As far as the deci eof, I'm sure it's good, but there was no reason for me to spend 400m on another eof for this one really niche thing when it isn't even remotely necessary.
Poison really do go Brrrrrr man got real lucky with them near death XD
pro!
When going for this how often did the melee on the arms fall short?
Almost never, I've actually only had the rotation fail to clear the arms once and that was unbelievably unlucky. That being said, you do need to have either an adrenaline renewal potion or natural instinct active in order to do this rotation, which usually isn't a problem but occasionally you won't have either and you just won't have enough adrenaline (unless you get a lucky relentless proc). I actually prefer melee over magic on the arms now because there is almost no rng involved, whereas with magic there are times when you don't crit at all and you're missing like 50k damage. All in all I'd say both melee and magic are equally viable for the arms now, with ranged being the hardest to consistently clear them with.
good shorts video 🤣
XDDDDD "but melee is balanced bro"
Did you use a macro for armor swap? I didn't see any hotkeys
No macros, I actually have 2 separate action bars that I switch to for armor and prayer swaps, you can see the melee one at 1:37 and the ranged one at 2:04 (bottom center of the screen)
Omg, nice idea, how do you swap action bar without click in the arrow? There is shortcut for that?
@@victorrenato835 you can keybind it yeah :)
@@victorrenato835 lookup action bar binding. You can bind weapon type to an ability bar. So you can have a bar for 2h melee that comes up when you equip any 2h melee weapon
