To anyone who is reading this comment. For me, after following every step there was no delete button on the control panel in the administrator account. Also this messed my computer making all my files, my icloud and one drive not working. Also the administrator account got duplicated when I first start up my computer. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

It turned off PC because there was no such option to delete administrator n now all my data is gone 😭
