@ yeah I got a small Jon boat for areas like that I’ve been I very shallow spots with it just trim up the motor and use the trolling motor or push pole.

You have the right idea, there are some little areas where fish may be further past where I’m fishing here. Let me know if you find any fish further back after you make It out there

@ redfish move a lot as well I could go there and nothing be there at all especially with the negative tides we have been getting.

Definitely. A lot of folks I talk to think if they can just find this spot and go fish it that they’ll catch fish like in this video. So much more plays into it than the spot you are fishing.

@ Oh man I can relate ,like fish to cover brother ! So much so ,for me that the adrenaline at first when I started ,caused a ton of nervous mistakes hahahahaa, shoot I still get all giddy and go “stoooopid” so to speak 🤣 man, I dig!

@@Grind_Fishing Yes, holding the grips horizontally to the body is hard on the bigger guys like that one. i like to hold the grips like im carrying a sack of potatoes, inline with the jaw so it doesnt stress their mouth, and support their belly. amazing spot btw, would love to fish that. thanks for the video 😱

I normally carry them vertically and support their belly. At this time in the video I’m more focused on getting back up the 3-4ft of steep rocks without falling. Thanks for watching

That one fattie that was just over the limit... your tape measure draped over the curve of its body. On a measuring board, I think it would have been just under 28". Also, I found the spot bro!!! Around the corner looks great too!

Yeah, the bridge is familiar to me. I used to go fishing along the jetty. I’ll watch your video again to see whether I could find some clue. Btw, is your secret spot kid friendly?

I find the spot my friend. Is this spot always hot like that in the video?

I have better luck in the winter months on an incoming tide. I would say no on kid friendly, the rocks are really steep and would be dangerous.
