We Hiked 18 Miles in ONE DAY with TWO Dogs! (Cirque of the Towers in Wyoming’s Wind River Range)
We're Paul & Shannon Wakim! We travel full time with our two dogs, Doug & Jackson. We split our time between staying in AirBnBs and our 19 Ft Airstream Trailer traveling all over the USA!
We're setting out for a bucket list hike of ours - 18 Miles to Cirque of the Towers in Wyoming's Wind River Range! Many people do this as a backpacking trip, but we're setting out to complete it all in one day.... WITH our two dogs!
Come along as we experience this INCREDIBLE mountain range and push through even when things don't go as planned (AKA getting caught in multiple thunderstorms)!

What a fun experience! Were you inspired to become llama farmers now? 😁 We stayed in our Airstream on an alpaca farm. It was actually our most expensive one night day to date! But we did leave with a really nice alpaca blanket. 😜😍
Maybe we will own llamas in our future!! They are so cool! Where was the alpaca farm you stayed on? We'd love to check out more!
@@WanderingWakims It was in Bozeman, Montana. Sentinel Alpaca Farm. We originally had planned to spend the night in the Walmart parking lot there, but it was just so noisy. We didn’t think we’d be able to sleep there. So we found a last-minute Harvest Host and he was so gracious in letting us come last minute. He even gave us a tour and let us feed the baby alpacas. He has a very nice store there with so many different things to purchase. We actually have a video about our stay there. I was being a little goofy and made it look. I was being a little goofy and dramatic with my editing on this video. 🤣 I’ll see if TH-cam will let me link it here…… 😉

Looks like a great spot! We’ve been using a natural mixture of vanilla extract and water for mosquitos and they stay away. 🙌

My wife and I went through Boulder and Pinedale on our way to Jackson just a couple of weeks ago. It did feel like true cowboy country. I really enjoy watching your videos, too. Paul's sound effects while you were making the salads really had me fooled! 😆
