Hubby and I visited Scotland in 2023. One of my delights was to go to that Cass Arts store. I bought a pencil roll with Cass embroidered on it as a practical and wonderful souvenir. It was so fun seeing the store again in your video.

Faber Castell has my heart! They range as low as $2.99 for a single pencil to $200 and up for a large set here in the USA. I currently have the 120 Polychromos Set which is about $152.42 USD and GoldFaber whicb I spent about $54 USD for about 48

The 36 pack og polychromos cost between 50-64 pounds here in Norway, but I have to order online where I live (price from Norwegian online stores)😊

I really liked the one with the dramatic purple sky.

The art shop in Scotland is very neat. Blick is near my home and the US art shop is very great, too. 😊

i live in germany, so its pretty easy and comparatively cheap to get the polychromos. usually in store one pencil is 2.00-2,20€. right now, in case any one reads this and can use this info, the set of 120 polychromos in the metal tin is on sale on amazon germany for 180€, the wooden box set is also on sale, but still sits at almost 270€. but derwent pencils are rather expensive here. the derwent chromaflow, which were originally intended as a hobby-artist level pencil, are more expensive than the polychromos here, so its very hard justifying buying other brands. the derwent lightfast are around 3,50€ a piece. the only other colored pencils that are on the same (price) level as the polys are the tombow irojiten, which i also like =)

Here in Brazil I found a box of Polychromos with 36 colors for R$657.55, the minimum wage here is R$1.412 and as we jokingly say here, "I'll have to pay with one of my kidneys".

Hey, just found your channel and I totally loved this video ❤ Here in Belgium the Polychromos are €2,40 a piece that’s like £2 each. A normal tin box of 36 is around £54

Here in Philippines, the set of 36 of polychromos is at 43.63 GBP, the packaging is different too, we have it in tin can.

Blick Art Supplies in the USA currently has the 36 set of Polychromos for $50.47 and $2.47 for individual pencils.

Sorry if someone already answered this, but today, (7/14/24) the 36 set of Polychromos on Amazon is $49.50 usd.

In my country Guatemala the cost is Q420.00 arround $50 US Dollar

The individual Polychromos pencils are the same price here in Toronto but that $2.60 CAD 🇨🇦. 2.6£ is $4.60. The 36 pack is closer. Works out to the equivalent of 48£ .

I love that statue. Did you know that around 30 years ago, the cone was often put on the horses head, making it look like a Unicorn. A symbol of Scotland, but also humorous. Really enjoyed watching you work.

36 Polychromos fro me in Australia is $90 AUD, which is $60 USD or 56 Euros. My price was from Amazon though, which is always a little cheaper. From an art store, they would be a bit more.
