Actually, most food they serve is healthy. They make a lot of items, whole grain and organic, and force us to grab fruits and vegetables. Although the food is processed, it doesn't mean it's bad for your health.

Well, they obviously haven’t tried it.

The daily recommended calorie consumption is about 2000 for the average person. All these items contain 1020 calories, for all servings combined. Considering the average person doesn't eat fast food every day, this is okay, to eat occasionally, it's not like you'd eat this all the time.

Fair! I didn't use all the ingredients, and I still thought it tasted pretty good, with the cheesy, crispy textures, although, I can agree, I do like food separate most of the time.

I only ate this to supplement my meal for the day, and it actually taste pretty good, it has a crispy cheesy taste with all the ingredients combined, especially the Mac n cheese, it's so soft it goes really good with the chicken, I don't think this is bad if you eat it occasionally, I actually rarely eat chick-fil-a.
