With simple words, it's not worth it. Use straight an orb of alchemy on a white one and if it's good, add an exalted orb.

i dont think the sync works on steam and it opens in notepad for me too so i cant get it to work

Just a quick warning! You cannot use an annointed passive skill that you ALREADY HAVE! It will allow you to put it on the amulet, but it just wont do anything. Watchout.

Hey great video. I have one question though. I tried the same steps and after logging into l my poe account through filterblade, I tried to export my filter and I get a message telling me that I have no available filter slots. I deleted many from my poe account but the message remains. Any suggestions?

No, I’m sorry, but anything less than ancestral legendary is not worth the time of day. Less than 800 power means you cannot masterwork the item or add the two extra affixes prior to masterworking. Yes, some res can work well before level 35….but in that case, the leveling for monsters is minimal compared to mid to late game when the pit and hordes come into play.
