Me being creative. I painted a map on the wall of our dance studio so I could point out to my dancers the region or state our dances or steps came from and why they look like others we already know. The finished map is 21 feet wide and almost 15 feet high. Thanks to Mariana for helping me a little at the end.

Drawing a giant map in our dance studio. It will show some general regions of different dance types in Mexican folklórico. This is just putting the lines up. Some audio of beginning second grade students reading a grade level passage at an expected rate. Beginning 2nd graders should be able to read grade level text at about 50 - 60 words correct per minute. Oral fluency indicates reading practice habits and predicts the student's comprehension.
