I like their natural hair they’re froze and they’re frizz and when it’s soft, it’s beautiful. I don’t see why they wanna wear all that fake shit and so many are doing it and white women do it too. They put big fake fingernails on their heads and long fake hair and it looks ridiculous especially with those big fake eyelashes, I guess people need to learn to love their self and natural beauty that God gave them beauty in the eyes of the beholder and I can see the true beauty and somebody and I’m glad I’ve got that quality

Could it be that we just like style and we like being whoever we wanna be? I personally wear my own hair and I also wear wigs at times but it’s not to make anybody else happy except myself I like looking different sometimes has nothing to do with trying to be anybody else simple.

All Black hair is beautiful soo versatile! The textures are sooo unique. Black hair defys gravity, meaning many textures grow upward. Embrace your 👑 crown. God makes no mistakes. I can remember when Afro's were in style and I wanted to have that look. Because of my loose wavy hair which was very long, I couldn't achieve it. I can remember saying I wish I had more texture. To all my Sisters out there I just want to say you are all absolutely beautiful absolutely!!!💞

That is dum! Hair is hair, if it is clean, it is beautiful. Your beauty doesn't depend (or should not depend) on the shape, the color or the style of your hair. Keep it clean and that is all! If you now what real value is, you now were real beauty is. If not, search it in your pocket, in the mirror, in fashion....

I no longer have a relaxer, but I still like the relaxed look wth color. Now, I can achieve the look without the harsh relaxer and the harsh color with a wig. I love it, it's my look. If a woman wants to wear locks or braids, I don't criticize them or say those looks are masculine. Hairstyles do not make a person more or less Black. So, stop the criticism. It's feebleminded gaslighting and backwards. We are individuals, not clones.

I wear wigs, i see nothing wrong with that i take care of my natural hair and my natural hair is healthy i clip my ends when needed. As black community we care too much about hair, beauty standards, skin complexion. I careless about who wears what on their hair. some people wear wigs for many reasons. People need to worry about themselves and not others.

😢Criticising black women hair in the workplace is a bullying tactic some people use because they can get away with it ! I have seen time and time again two women show up at the workplace in a pony tail hair style . The woman with straight hair is acceptable but the curly style is said to be unacceptable and not professional! This does change when the and become acceptable when the curly ponytail is put on the women with straight hair 😂

Every black woman has different reasons why they choose to wear weaves and wigs? This is what makes it so complicating? For most, it is a length and texture issue? For years prior to the "Weave and Wig" epidemic, alot of black women destroyed their natural hair with chemical perms, hair colors and hot combs? Some black women had common sense and stopped poisoning their hair with all those chemicals, and went back to their natural state to restore strength and healthiness, while most black women fell deeper into the abyss, and literally destroyed their natural hair by over-processing it, which lead to breakage and balding? Some women just don't want to deal with their hair because it's just too much maintenence due to thickness and lack of hair control and obedience? Unfortuntely for most black women, they just hate their natural texture and length? I have heard this come out of black women's mouth personally? Dixie Peach and Sulfer 8 were no longer an option? Most black women have a personal issue with "length and texture"? Beauty is not measured by how long and straight or wavvy your hair is, the beauty comes from who you are naturally, and how confident and comfortable you are being natural? I've seen black women walk in places with Ceaser haircuts and literally SHUT IT DOWN with radiant beauty that NOTHING can compete with? Every nationality of man can't keep their eyes off of her? Sadly, most black women have been programmed to think long, straight or wavvy hair is the prerequisite for beauty, and their natural beauty will NEVER see the light of day again.....EVER! They say everything comes to an end eventually......I hope ALL black women snap out of this "hair spell" and get back to the goof ol'e days of Dixie Peach, Sulfer 8, and once again...embrace their natural beauty as GOD made you🙏🙏🏻🙏🏼🙏🏽🙏🏾🙏🏿

Hello to All!! It use to be wigs/weaves to get the better jobs before the 90s. But as a woman in Administration/Hotel Services & Airlines, I now think it is a time issue. Many Black women simply do not know how to braid or twist their hair--to do this themselves, not at the Salon. As we find perms/relaxers are giving Black women cancer/health problems; Salon will be forced to make the change to natural hairstyles. It is not that hard. TH-cam, Facebook & Instagram have a variety of tutorials on big twists, under 50 braids, high buns, and braid outs. Take off the fake, long nails and give yourself a spa/hair day. It feels wonderful, and your hair will thank you. There is no need for hair extensions either for the fake hair pulls OUT natural hair over time (the braids are too long/heavy and kept in the hair over a month). You know who will change the issues? Black men who continue to tell women to take out the fake hair! Also, the ones who show it can be done by growing their own hair pass their shoulders--down their backs. I did, and now my single braids are past my shoulders. It takes a few years, but develops patience in your hair care journey. Practice on the children. Spray the hair with water or gently part after a shampoo/condition treatment. Plait, braid or cornrow with 20 braids or less. It can be done and oil the scalp with a little rosemary, peppermint, almond or grapeseed oil. Have fun and take your time. Hair can be braided in 30 mins to 1 hour on Friday or Sunday evenings like Mom/Grandma used to do it!!

I remember i was in africa, i went home with a sexy black african women, the next day i woke up, she had no hair i was like god dammn. This ain’t the same girl i went home with. The funny thing is, she had really amazing hair when she turned it into an affrow and it was much better looking than the wig. Honestly with the way world is going am just tired of having to worry about dealing with fake looking women. I rather no what i am marrying than marrying a plastic then to realise she is looking like bruce jenner

I don't know WHY I so LOVE sisters with natural hair. In fact, it's so important to me that a woman can be stunning but becomes a deal breaker for me if she wears a wig or weave. And as I look far and wide, I just can't find a single solitary woman with natural hair. To find a sister walking around with natural hair, you have to go to cosmopolitan areas with large populations. Even then, you might find 1 in 10,000 doing it.

Wigs and weaves are VERY Unattractive. A sign of laziness and a lack of self-confidence. Women in wigs ALWAYS look ridiculous, especially when the wig is blonde, red, pink, blue, Orange ect.. Weaves are almost just as bad, but some can appear undetectable. Lastly bonnets and head rags should never be worn publicly, they also look hideous.

Over 60% of women are losing their hair no matter the race. black women's hair is the most difficult to control. So a combination of both makes the shave and wig popular. But media makes everything racist for political fraud. Even though it makes no sense as everyone alive been free to do whatever they want their whole life. The video even go so far to define beauty for you. Stupid cause me and all my guy friends disagree on what beauty is. I like Black thick hair. Some homies like redheads some homies like blondes. Some think thin is sexy and some want thick all over.

Women with beautiful hair don't wear wigs because they don't need to. How many Caucasian, Asian, and Hispanic women in their 20's and 30's wear wigs, weaves, or extentions? If you supposedly have such wonderful hair, why would you cover it up with fake dead hair. Fake hair that looks so obviously fake and unnatural. Don't clowns wear wigs for a reason? To look comical and to incur laughter.

"Why do so many Blk women wear wigs and weaves" because their real hair looks horrible, because their mommas destroyer their hair putting relaxers, products, and tight braids in it before their hair matured causing receding hairlines and brittle slow growing hair. This also explains why Blk men hair grows effortlessly, even though we come from the same parents, why because momma left our hair alone compared to our sisters.
