I bought the procreate app yesterday but it did not install, the payment went throu and they took the money from my account but again I do not have it, and it says I have to pay again the same amount that I already paid in order to get it, what should I do? Hi :) I think your iOS version is older. You can try updating it to a newer version as what the error says. But it's your decision to do so

Hello can I ask. What should I do if i have an app that has been purchased by another id and installed it on my iPad but now I want to buy it so I can update it? I'm having a problem because I can't purchase it, it's just downloading again and I can't update it. 😭
Hi 😀 At this point I believe contacting Procreate support would be best. They could delete/unlink the existing ID and enable you to buy your own 😀

Hii could anyone that reads this help me with my iPad and the payment stuff ? I added 10€ to my iPad without even knowing how to use it or what to do. Only thing I FR managed was to get my payment bank app on there but for the rest I don't even know what to do. Never had an iPad before hhhh
Hi, did you mean you funded your Apple account? If you want to purchase procreate from there, I think you could. But if not, you might be able to transfer the money back to your bank account. When I purchase procreate, I directly used my bank account without having to deposit to my iPad

how was it drawing with the tempered glass on? i was contemplating on getting the paper-like matte screen protector but like what you've said, the tips would get damaged easily. and nice unboxing and presentation by the way. keep up the good work.
Thanks a lot! I can say that drawing with the tempered glass on is great for my purposes. Aside from drawing, I’ve been using the pencil a lot when I’m taking notes and up to now, the tip is good as new. I haven’t tried matte screen protectors and this is my first time using the iPad this so my experience might be limited.
@@designapprenticeofficial Does your hand or the apple pencil's tip slip when writing? I'm a bit scared that a matte screen protector might damage my pencil tip in the future

When I selected Don't transfer apps & data, it asked for an old passcode for this iPad. How could I have an old passcode if it's brand new and I am trying to set it up?
That's strange. I didn't encounter that when I selected "Don't Transfer", it just redirected me to the apple ID. Did you figure it out?
in Apps & Data, choose how you want to transfer apps and data to this iPad. I said Restore from iCloud backup or should I not transfer?
Hi. I didn't have an old iPad so I chose "Don't Transfer". If you have an old iPad and you want to get your files to the new one, you could restore from iCloud

Writing this from the same iPad, do you feel like there’s a big gap when you are drawing with the pen and screen protector and unlaminated screen? I was looking to get a glossy plastic but seems almost imposible to find the ver the mate ones so I’ll have to go with glass and Thais my worry

Hi, I am transferring from Gen 5 to Gen 9,same ipad, as your video, it has been transferring 4 hours. I do the same as your video up to screen time, then it has an updating system page, ISO 15, which I don't want. Did you not transfer? it shows up automatically for me,,,,,,Help
Hi there! I didn't transfer from an older generation. I think the iOS15 update happened automatically on your end, I'm just not sure if you can go back to an older OS version

Hi Jeanne! I haven't tried using this on android phone. I setup the driver settings on my computer and assign the buttons there - I'm not sure if you could do that on your phone

Update: I had a pen pressure issue in Photoshop. In the Brush Settings > Shape Dynamics > Control, set it to "Pen Pressure". Also in the VEIKK driver, I changed the mode to "Pen" and that solved the pen pressure issue.
