I wonder what it would be like if you wanted to become an interior designer if you already have a degree in architecture? Im already an architect and interior design feels like it would complement my work so well, a lot of the software we use for floor plans and rendering interior designers use too! I feel like I have at least a major part of the knowledge needed to start, but I also dont have the time to go to school for 4 years or so again lol Was thinking about educating myself through online courses and workshops to get all the knowledge I need before taking those certification exams!

heyy so im pursuing interior design as my feild i do alot of um u can say projects online and participate in competeions online and rn im a student abt to hop into university my question is should i do physical university or online? which is better online uni with bachelors degree is from national design academy de montfort university online giving for 3 years and in my home country pakistan there is scope for jobs in interior but not best unis to go to and get the degree in tht field im acctually very confused might be helpful if u guide me thankss and i lovee your workk !!

Oh. My. God. I literally cried while watching this!!! I’m 27, turning 28 this year, and I’m completely restarting my career. I’ve been struggling with what to do, and you literally described my entire life thus far. Artistic and very passionate as a child. OCD, but only about certain things. ADHD (have you considered getting tested to see if you have ADHD? I was diagnosed this year, and I cannot tell you how much better my life is because I now know why my brain works the way it does. Soooo helpful. Literally changed my life. I encourage all females to be tested because it affects females differently than males.) anyways. This was helpful. Lol. Thank you for sharing!

I've been contemplating changing my career path. I thought your video was very informative. I'm very early into my research on doing so and I have a question for you. I was looking at doing a certified residential interior design program. The program apparently prepares you for the Residential Interior Designer Education (R.I.D.E.) exam that is endorsed by Designer Society of America (DSA). I was wondering if you had any thoughts on this kind of program?

the fact that you can start working at the showrooms isn’t really obvious but that’s actually a demo version kinda, and i am trying to follow this path right now

I just spent a little over an hour watching all of your interior design videos. I am a highschool almost senior and a visual artist and am looking at interior design as a career path. I have been doing a little research, but nothing has been as helpful as your videos. They seem to show the overall picture in a fun and addictive way. I have been obsessing over my future lately and dreading the potential reality of working in a career i regret taking up. Your videos have reassured me and made me feel much more confident in my journey. Thank you. I would love informational videos on the subject, especially on the hard realities of the job. I recently had my heart set on architecture, but met with an architect and found out it wasn’t the creative dream job I was hoping for. I was scared to feel the same rejection with interior design, but you’ve given me some hope.

GIRLLLLLLLL you said it grades don't matter (unless you heavily rely on those academic scholarships) BUT your portfolio matters and time is the only way you're going to succeed.... and sometimes......you just wish you could freez cause 24 hours in a day just wasn't enough.... I will also never forget my professor tearing at one of my study models after working on it all night........ the trauma.

I go to UNT Dallas and was enrolled as a Sociology Major and Psychology Minor; I realized this semester that I DO NOT WANT TO BE A SOCIAL WORKER! I like to help people and talk to them, but that comes from a desire to SOLVE PROBLEMS! I was thinking about which degree do I want to switch to, and I took it back to my childhood. . What did I always do when I was younger? Build legos, paint, draw, make bows and arrows, play computer games such as Age Of Empires and THE SIMS! I just realized, no, I just got confirmation that I need to be an INTERIOR DESIGNER! I always was extremely fascinated with architecture and designing! THANK YOU FOR BRINGING UP THE SIMS! I swear that was all I needed to hear! Interior Design, here I come🤲🏾 Also, I wish you all unlimited success and happiness🤲🏾

Oh my gosh me and my wife ate there this past summer, not only was the food and staff AMAZING but it was setup perfectly, loved it!!

I just came across your channel and I stay 15-20 minutes from Honesdale every summer for a week with my family!! It is one of our favorite little towns;) My jaw dropped when I found out what building it was because my partner and I ate there this past summer!!!
