The reason I find these monologues so brilliant is the way they cause you to let your guard down before they hit hard. The fact that they often hilariously parody new-agey guided meditations really makes you wait for a punch line. But then, especially at the end of the episodes, you find yourself in tears and thinking about the words for days to come. Truly such beautiful beautiful writing that touched me so many times.

Over a year later and I still use this video as like... audio therapy. It's perfect to put on when you need to feel tranquil and calm down. God I miss Enlightened.
