How to take parcel from Omniva || Chandra vlogs
To collect a parcel from Omniva, follow these steps:
1. **Receive Notification**: You'll receive a notification from Omniva via SMS, email, or through their mobile app when your parcel is ready for collection. This notification will include a pickup code and the location of the parcel terminal.
2. **Go to the Parcel Terminal**: Visit the specified Omniva parcel terminal. These terminals are usually located in convenient public places such as shopping centers, supermarkets, or other accessible locations.
3. **Enter Pickup Code**: At the terminal, use the touchscreen to select the "Collect a Parcel" option. Enter the pickup code you received in your notification.
4. **Retrieve Your Parcel**: Once the code is entered, the corresponding locker door will open automatically. Take your parcel from the locker.
5. **Close the Door**: Ensure you close the locker door properly after collecting your parcel.
