I used to do this all the time. it can really help to smooth out your style, so you dont look like a SUP with their wack ass style. it will help smooth things out, get those arms under control

Excluding tricks, this is significantly harder than a standard skateboard. Generating speed using your entire body rather than just pushing with your foot. Not sure what you're saying..
