In case Hyundai Ioniq plug-in hybrid electric charging door is stuck
I had the door stuck. Central lock was operating, but rotational lock was stuck. I opened the car with central key then tried to open the door with plastic card, but it was not sturdy and long enough. Plastic ruler is strong and long enough to force it gently open, and to prevent paint damage. Be smart! Use lubrication material to get the rotational lock working and operating for longer time. Use it regularly to prevent further similar problem, especially during winter.

Mine dosent work at all all off a sudden, What could be the problem? I’ve changed the fuses and still nothing
I had this problem 3 years ago, Hyundai changed the connection under warranty. Now it's happening again! I'm disappointed

How did you get the window down to undo the Allan key bolts holding the glass in?
Since the cable was broken it would have fallen down if it is not taped to the door frame
@@robbieshobbies5750 it turned out a previous owner had put a bit of wood in there to prop the glass up 😂

Yeah ive tried this and the plastic bar the you can just push and it will release it wouldnt release wouldnt budge its far more difficult to do when the windows stuck down into the door .... its not a one person job . Best thing to do is take the finacial hit and get a garage to do it
