As much as there as respect for the accolades of this architect, this house is simply too “dingy” to be considered appealing. I suggest for the owner to repaint it a warmer tone (light brown) in order to make it feel more comfortable. The window black treatment also looks dated, change if possible.

If this GCB was recently A@A,it’s not tastefully done,there is no wow feelings when u open the main door, there’s a lot of wasted space n no flow from one area to another. Too brown n no coordination of colours . ,needs modern windows n doors. Dated. The only thing I like about this house is the land n the trees, buyer needs to demolish n rebuild. JMO

Love the deco and design. But it's 3 rooms is too pricey as I need 3 rooms.

Properties in Singapore are just too expensive for the buyers to have budget leftover for a proper knockdown and rebuild. The house is heinous compared to those overseas like in LA etc.
