I use the PVE build from zockify for ele shamans in phase 5, wasn't a specific pvp build I was playing here. main change from runes used in that guide is I use riptide for wrists and decoy totem for boots. Should be the same runes used on the rest of the slots for PVE. and storm earth and fire but I think the PVE build uses that rune anyways, for the root totem effect to build space from melee.

2 different specs, I use the PVE elemental spec and teh PVE shaman tank enhancement spec. ele does way more damage and honestly has more survival in big open team fights, shaman tank enhance gear with talents and runes is way more tankier but relies on your teamates to kill others while you survive the 1vX onslaught

@@Pwnage-Variety Sick. I do the same. Hoping to get the 5 piece ZG set for 100% Power Surge bonus and fill the rest with Rank 12/13 gear. Kinda sucks they nerfed Power Surge with the two different procs.

yea I change my legs runes to Earth shield, wrist runes into riptide, keep shield mastery on chest, i don't use the wolf rune on cape, I use like the earth wind fire w/e one, that allows rooting to save myself if I get low, I can use my slow totem which will slow them allowing me to gain space and do x2-3 fast heals. then gotta go maelstrom for belt to make sure you got this extra instant cast healing source while 5-10 mobs are hitting you.

@@Pwnage-Variety yeah, 6p draconic 2p core forged is the way to go, zg neck is still great for the 2sec cd off decoy. Remember decoy serves as a mini defensive it can eat an auto attack from boss.

I don't got even 1 tier 2 set piece yet, but with block and shield mastery rune, we actually never have a mana issue ever. I'd say even in single target with 4 set of tier 1 tank bonus where dodge and parry also give shield mastery, AKA also give us mana back.

I have a video on my channel, I believe its pretty recent, its like Sod VS era shaman tank comparison, that has my build and generally the same gear I had minus the onyxia trinket from head.

they might've held onto the holly's, this specific trick was nerfed in phase 2 involving the flight masters

granted this guy was just auto attacking me it looks like, he wasn't lava lashing and storm striking, those should land, and he's not shocking or using maelstrom for instant cast lightning bolts that'd hit me harder.
