Recently, I visited your TH-cam channels and I found some problems. I think, and believe that if you can fix that problem, then your channel will grow very gradually. then your channel is possible to grow.

Now that I can, if anybody gives me any grief, I walk. I'm an expert carpenter/contractor with 35 years of remodeling experience. I do jobs very cheap and VERY GOOD QUALITY. ie...Expert level as much as I can...but if they give me any sort of flack, I leave. This usually results in them having to pay a much higher price and roll the dice on the level of quality. I will give them zero help after that, and hope that their project ends up in shear disaster. NEVER LOOK THE GIFT HORSE IN THE MOUTH.

I enjoyed your comparison between smart and wise. It seems that wisdom prefers others over themselves. This matches the Holy Scriptures. Also, the beginning of true wisdom is to "fear the Lord" - meaning that our "smarts" and "wisdom" are nothing compared to the Creator's.

This channel is underrated. Just the few minutes each of your videos are so to the point and aspects that are fundamental and apply to so many things. They help me navigate through my day Job way more painlessly and even making a difference because it helps me managing my managers into directions beneficial for my team. It doesn't have to be corporate, it even works for me applied to nonprofit activity. Never expected I'd stick with a channel like that. Can't even remember how I found you.

Is being kind and empathetic to “every Venezuelan prison gang member” who wants to illegally immigrate to the USA (and applying this absurd “platinum” rule to them”) also being kind and empathetic to actual USA citizens living in apartment complexes in Aurora Colorado? What about being kind and empathetic to transsexuals, and thereby accommodating their wishes? The biological female team captain of the San Jose State volleyball team says that that will end women’s sports. I suspect that the “kindness, generosity, and respect” crowd will in their actions respond with: neither me nor my friends live in Aurora apartment complexes nor do we play volleyball, and when the social order really gets bad we have enough money to move to Florida or Texas or some other currently red state. And one more obvious point, kindness to the cruel is cruelty to the kind, and yup, it sure is a sign of a weak, feckless individual.

I see the paradox because money is only a tool after all. I like to think the closer relationship is money = options. Happy holidays.

Came to hear an inexplicable appearance from the late Rutger Hauer but left with a life lesson about dealing with failure.

In my situation I came to terms with things I could've done better and decided to correct them. But still it is hard to stay motivated when I get rejected for jobs due to a lack of experience (I have a master's degree and a great GPA and don't behave antagonistically). So I am doing my own projects and learning in hopes those will count. I will remember to not beat myself up about past failure and just go forward

Thanks, good video. Not just business but sports, the military, volunteer organizations - any grouping of people with a common purpose and a leader. Movies come to mind - Capt Aubrey in Master and Commander Far Side of the World and Brig. General Frank Savage in Twelve O'Clock High plus many others. The Japanese lean manufacturing techniques were predicated on quality, efficiency but above all, regard for people - the guy on the assembly line.

Very few people appreciate the fact that AI is enabling the translation of scientific and artistic works written in the world’s most commonly used languages into lesser-known languages and dialects. This fact alone will expand the number of good minds being able to compare and critically evaluate findings and research in many fields. I attended an AI conference at Carnegie Mellon last June and the wide ranging benefits on analysis and gathering of healthcare. statistics are extremely significant.

However, realize that the Progressive Agenda, backed by mega-billionaire families of fantastic Central Bank wealth (after all, they will not allow governments to print money, only they -- these families -- print money out of nothing, charge fees and interest and repayment to citizens)... these wealthy, mega-billionaire families choke off all education except their brand... that of Machiavelli... and Machiavellian philosophy rules from K-12... to university... to grad school where all judges come from... and that rule is the rats win the rat race, by always being more than a rat. In the face of this... some say that the grand principle is to always do the right thing. Well, yes... if you want your head cut off and handed back to you? The greater understanding is that of Sun Tzu... kindness wins against the Machiavellian crowd... but only with God-given street smarts does kindness win, and only with God-given street smarts... does doing the right thing win.
