Like a lot of people, I was completely floored by this song the first time TikTok served it to me a few days ago. Steel Mill Town has some of my favorite lyrics from recent memory. Super vivid imagery and moving through some truly devastating themes with a lighthearted matter of factness that reminds me of the GOAT himself, John Prine.
