Thank you for visiting our channel. We are Mo and Jeanny and we live in Homestead, FL (South Florida). I am a full time flats fishing captain and Jeanny is a professional makeup artist. Together we share the same spirit of adventure and spontaneity and one of the avenues we choose to express our sense of adventure is through camping. We have been tent camping for all our time together but now a new adventure awaits, as well as a new degree of comfort, in our "new to us" 2004 StarCraft Travel Star 21SSO hybrid camper. We can honestly admit we haven't seen a more perfect camper out there for us at this time. So, enjoy the videos and get out there and have adventures of your own!

Our 8 day trip took us to Ocala, St. Andrews, Panama City Beach, Destin, St. Pete and Tarpon Springs. It was a whirlwind trip getting to know new cities and towns we hadn't visited before. But, there was an over riding theme to our trip this time, hurricane Francine was barreling to our west and made our trip more fun of last minute exploring than usual. We took my birthday as an excuse to travel to North Florida for a week. During our trip we stayed at Manatee Springs State Park and also visited Gilchrist Blue Spring and Fanning Springs, all close to Manatee Springs. Florida Caverns state park was discovered in the 1930's and the men hired to explore the cave system ranged from 18-25 years old and were paid $1.00 a day. Wow! Laura S Walker is a quaint Georgia park with a number of activities but for the camper there is but one goal, get a lake side site. Stopping for one night we regretted not spending an extra night here as the weather was perfect and the view exceptional. If you want a lake side site like ours (site6) book way ahead!

Your in Miami, and your driving on passenger seat?
The JT and JL are definitely not for everyone. You have to go into it with realistic expectations. The fuel mileage is crap. You'll inevitably have water leak into the interior at some point. The power from the pentastar is crap. The cabin will always be noisy. For all of that you get a vehicle that is great off-road and a lot of fun on a nice day when you can take the top off. Do I regret my purchase? No. You could have my JT over my cold dead body
Its a Jeep! I dont know why people expect it to be refined, smooth & quiet?! Still loving my '02 TJ 4.0L.
lemon exist, i got a crap hynday santa fe 2013 always on towing but they have good reputation. my gladiator 2020 is all good in 2024 now. shit happen.
If you don't have a trailer/camper, and so will sleep in tent or car, does the campground have bathrooms with running water and flush toilets ? Or what is the setup?
Yes, they do have a separate area for tents and there are nice bathrooms with showers and toilets and the tent sites we saw did have water and electric.
Oh, one more thing. Make sure to bring bug repellent and check your legs often for the tiny red ticks I mentioned in the video. I'm not sure what type of ticks they are since I didn't look into it but I suspect they have to do with the large amounts of deer in the park.

nice video! i am looking at getting my first jeep. going to be a gladiator. how does it drive in the interstate?
My 2021 80th did great running 75 in Michigan at about 23mpg
I traded my 23 Tacoma Pro for a 24 Gladiator Rub X. We had to drive 130 miles home, which was mostly interstate. The Gladiator handled very well, and folks talk about noise, but I didn't hear a big difference between it and the Taco. Had to run 73 at one point, I was very happy with the performance and ride. A lot better performance and ride than the Tacoma. I really disliked the tranny/motor in the taco love the solid axle also have the Wrangler Rub X, it rides great also . hope you get one.

i loved this trip
2021 gladiator, at 13k miles had to get my cam shaft replaced and the lifter springs, then at 20k had to get my cam shaft replaced again and my bank 1 cam shaft sensor.. now it looses power on the smallest hill on the highway, can't get above 65mph, manual transmission, from 4th up to 6th, pedal to the floor won't get above 65mph (4th 65mph, 5th 55mph and 6th 40mph)... not so happy.

same thing happening to me. now the dealer says in order for me to leave it at the dealer and for them to rent me a vehicle it needs to be completely broken! not driving at all. and my jeep its a 2022 still under warranty. miamilakes automall its a pain in the butt!

I’ve never owned a Jeep. I currently have a Ram 3500 I bought new and it has 230,000 miles on it. My next vehicle will be a Jeep. I’m planning on keeping my truck. However I’ve always bought trucks. I’m leaning on getting the Gladiator. Seems like it’s exactly what I want. I appreciate the review.

I'm surprised you're OK with the steering. that's the #1 thing that bothers me of the Gladiator. the loose steering. It's almost a deal breaker for me.
We have the soft top on our 22. We don't mind the wind noise at all. Maybe someday we'll get the hardtop. These have a huge fun factor you can't get from any other truck.
Great review! Got my Gladiator a couple of months ago after driving half ton pickups for 25 years. Will never go back! I absolutely agree with all your comments regarding the truck.
