Ruby I will give my two cents on do you need more medication…I was hospitalized a couple times when I was younger and I had rapid cycling mania…mania can be troublesome because it scares others in public but they don’t see the whip snap depression when they yank you out of it and you have to try and quickly reaclimate to normal sleeping schedule and it can be soooo depressing when you were just dancing on the veil that separates us from the other side and now you’re groggy from the medication that they used to knock you out so I had a longtime aversion to psychotropic medication…the mood stabilizer they were giving me back then they called it was depakote and it packed so much weight onto my tiny frame so quickly I got even more depressed because I’d never really been overweight…I started body building in high school and that kept my metabolism running high for many years to come…so she switched the depakote for gabapentin but they called it something else and she added Wellbutrin which had the added benefit of making me not want to smoke anymore…I got back to my shape but I didn’t really feel better it just made me want to eat and sleep and gabapentin doesn’t do anything for me. When I went in to be dosed up on suboxone for the first time, my dr wanted me to start duloxitin for depression and hopefully my anxiety and damn if it didn’t bring me back to life mood wise because we don’t get seratonin or vitamin D here, not even in summer because we are too high on the grid…so for the last several years it has been working but recently it’s not working and I’m getting muscle spasms all the time so I know something is off…I slept for two days and barely noticed but when I woke up I took the duloxitin again and then an hour later my back spasmed and I realized it’s the damn duloxitin and I need something different because the crying outbursts are not helping me do what I need to do and the anxiety is overwhelming and it’s hard for them to dose anything else when you’re on subs…I don’t want to drink but I need something for the anxiety and I need something for breakthrough pain and I’m rambling now but I encourage you to seek and experiment with your drs help of course…I have an appointment tomorrow and I have to tell doc what I’m going through but I’ve seen this guy once a month for the past 4 years and he is the best…he even asked me once if I want to be referred to pain management for my boiling pot of issues but it might be time for me to revisit that because I am so sick of hobbling around with nothing but subs on my side which is way better than nothing but it’s less and less enough when barely anything works on me, not even morphine or heroin work on me but other opiates sure do and the ones that work the best they don’t like to give out like they had to throw the book at my dr for sending me home with a med she had to sign out for every script and that was Demerol staggered with Percocet so I didn’t get dependent on either. If I’m monitored I do fine but if you send me out on the streets to seek out the underground drs then I’m gonna get what I can get and get out of pain whatever it takes…I gotta get back on task with my errands…have a great day at work ☺️. But yeah I encourage you to find whatever it takes to make you feel like you.❤❤❤❤

Don’t worry girl, I’m bringing smoking back…since my renters trashed my place and smoked inside and now I have to renovate and create a smoking room for the unit or its not even worth it. I spent my last dollar on renovation supplies: putty, caulk, paint, fix a door jam…gah…I need a cart and can’t afford it until something I’m selling sells…I’m giving up my Prius, my crystal collection and my Kratom stash.
