This worked like a charm on my sprint Galaxy s8 and than had an update and screwed everything up! PLEASE HELP! ANYTHING I CAN DO? I miss my hotspot. It's showing my hotspot is on but no data?

I have an s8 note. Had it unlocked for the t mobile network. However my s8 note does not have a connection to mobile hotspot. Im paying for hotspot GB Plan with metro pcs. When i download "Short Cut Master" it didn't work when i hit the lte functionality box it doesn't go to the next step. It appears Short Cut Master doesn't work anymore. Is there another way to unlock my s8 note hotspot. Originally i had sprint but i unlocked it to use it for the T-mobile network. Everything works on my ohone except the mo ike hotspot feature. My phone shows its available but when it comes to the Hotspot it doesn't connect. Watching your video i know this is tge way to fix it. But as of nown that short cut master app doesn't work.🤔 Please help🙏

Hey, the step after you get to the access point names (APN2 LTE Internet) I clicked on that and it was all grayed out and I could not change the last step to type in DUN. What do you suggest.

Hello Angry Tech, I followed all your steps and got to right before the last step of typing in dun. However, the field that I have to get to in order to do that is not accessible. As a matter of fact non of the items on that screen are accessible. They are there, but not highlighted in order to click on them. Got any bright ideas on how I can get to the last step???? In other words I can't added the access point!!!! 😤😢🤯

OK, so, i GOT IT!..it was my fault, missed 1 Parameter i had to change, i know yours is greyed out, same as mine, However, when you open the "launch" feature, and go to LTE APN Settings, when u click that the page will open with "Access point Names" at the top, and to the Left you will see, "ADD", click Add and Enter ALL the Parameters EXACTLY as they are on the greyed out one, dont forget to change the "APN TYPE" to mms,default,DUN just like you did the first time, and dont forget the Last one at the bottom, "BEARER" to LTE, just click each field to make the changes then remember to SAVE it..works perfect. Thanks to the Angry Tech for this fix. and also, dont allow "auto Updates in your settings for the future as we will probalbly lose this again with the next update. and check your "wifi update settings as well, so it dont update automatically when u are in a wifi spot. Good Luck !
