Watching this reaction was actually a bit of a waste of time. Like four minutes of actual, splattered scenes and 15 minutes of you explaining what was seen or how you could make the movie better. Watching it to the end was somewhat masochistic on my part, I acknowledge.

What hasn't been made clear in the film adaptation is that Alex was required to do several social media posts, along with interviews with the press when he returned to England to "fix" things.

I completely agree with you. What I mean in this one is how according the rules and principles set by the council anakin doesn’t fit but if we look at jedis how qui gon did where jedis are just conduits for the force n there’s no black n white lines but it’s more of an abstract idea then obviously it would have been a completely different story. When obi wan says only a sith deals in absolutes, it kills me cz that’s exactly how jedis function n for me darkside is more grey n if they allowed anakin a bit freedom he wouldn’t have turned.
It is indeed a tradition that the president “pardons” a turkey (or 2) before Thanksgiving. It means the turkey isn’t going to be killed for Thanksgiving dinner. Doesn’t have anything to do with the turkey committing a crime. I got a kick out of your early criticisms of the pacing, scenes, etc., but then got really invested in the humor humor & kisses. Another reviewer said she could see the film’s shortfalls and yet really love the movie. I get the impression that’s how you felt. Personally, there were a couple of things (but not many) that I thought were cheesy (both scenery & lines/action) but it hasn’t stopped me from loving this movie & watching it numerous times.
Yes exactly, it doesn’t have to be perfect to be enjoyed. I loved watching it n will 100% watch it again despite all the flaws. Also the turkey thing still cracks me up. Thank you for explaining!
Okay so just to be clear guys I’m not hating on the film or the characters in any way at all. Ngl there were some technical aspects that i was not a fan of but i did love the story and the characters which i think you can tell if you stick around till the end. Maybe i came off a little negative in the video but when you’re editing you cut some parts that are not as entertaining (i guess i cut too much of me just enjoying the film). Anyway thank you for your feedback I appreciate everyone’s opinions.

Not to mention it was also funny. Some people have little or no sense of humor, apparently.
If you read the waiter’s comment in his posts, he says something like “I’m so going to get fired for this but I don’t care.” So the filmmakers know the rules, but played it for laughs.
I used to work in a very High End Hotel with no phone policy and still an employee once took a picture of a famous person. And got fired. It definitely happens!

I wish they had given Conrad more depth beyond the mom's cancer because so far Jeremiah seems just SO MUCH BETTER in literally every sense lmao. We're supposed to believe Conrad "challenges" Belly and "recognizes her complexity" but.. they don't even have complex conversations LMFAO. And it was Jere who actually helped Belly face her fears and go back to volleyball so.. he truly is the one helping her grow 😂
Jere and Belly actually have the complex relationship because they communicate. Plus they don't have to tell the audience how they are feeling cause the actors have insane chemistry

It does scare me what Jenny said about changing things but i dont know. There are some things that foreshadow book 3 such as the letters, the glass unicorn that Conrad bought her, the fact that they make it very clear Conrad still loves her. Susannah said it, Stephen knows it. Would be funny if Belly just ends up by herself🤣but those easter eggs kind of reassure me in a way.

@@latenightmovie11 I do think Conrad can turn it around especially because his moving away from all of this. I did read an interview with Jenny Han in Time Magazine that said in season 3 everything wont be the same because it wouldn't make a good show if everyone knew what was coming and her goal is to surprise and shock the audience. So i'm hoping team Jelly is the end game but i still doubt it.
I just hope whoever it is in the end is the better person and they all end up happy
Am i the only boy who watches this show? Almost everywhere i only see girls fighting between Team Conrad and Jeremiah. I'd do anything to see my cute little Belly smile. Even though she might be naive and dumb at times, I want her to grow and become mature and responsible with the right man. In this fiction, I want her to join Jeremiah in the same university and spend romantic time at the campus for 3 or more years. Conrad is OK as a Best Friend who'll study at Stanford and find someone else to love there
