This video only shows how to add an existing business... What about adding a new business>? As an architect should I create a "business" for myself as an individual to submit projects for plan review? Or do I need to create a new "business" for each project? What is the intended use of these formats/systems?

I cn't get anyone to answer a phone at the board, or a message left on the voice mail. I can't get the computer to work to show that I have renewed my RN licence that expires at midnight today. I renewed at the start of Feduary. What the heck is tha problem at the board? yes I know everyone is short staffed, Me too. But now this is my lively hood they are screwing with. are they planning to pay me since they can't get their paperwork done or answer the phone and get my licence renewed? anyone else having this issue?

Accessing this website or reaching someone at this agency is like watching the debit-cardless person in front of you (who just had to have the bagger perform a price check) at the checkout counter unzip her purse, reach in and grab the checkbook purse, unzip the checkbook purse, lay the checkbook out on the counter, reach into the purse to find a pen, start filling out the check, hearing the cashier say, "Miss, you don't need to fill out the check, the cash register will fill all of that out for you", the customer say, "What? Should I endorse the check?", the cashier saying...and so on. Oh my freaking lord!!! They ask for your SSN (I represent a County) and a host of other personal details. I just want an invoice! No one calls you back!!! There aren't enough exclamations points in the world to capture the frustration. Please, please, please, I hope someone from WDSPS is reading this and relaying this back to leadership.

Agree every state site is terrible.

Cost in Manhours dealing with this > Cost of stamp and envelope to send businesses their invoices and permits.

Was a little too hard for the state to just migrate everyone based on their State IDs?....who comes up with this crap?
