    I just turned up to listen to one of your videos. And this comes right in time. This is not always easy when we love someone that has his own things to deal with. @TheStoicSageOff 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @DropOfHuman Thank you for your feedback! I understand your point that some traits associated with narcissism can indeed be found in various individuals. These traits can be harmful, luckily not everyone exhibits them in the same extreme way as narcissists ! It's not easy being human :) We all have our flaws and strengths to deal with. Your insight is appreciated, it gives us food for thought.

      Everyone does that because we are human and believe that other act and think like ourselves its human nature dude not a downfall but a strength the world sides with them because theyre doing right by themselves while being "an empath" is betraying themselves @@TheStoicSageOff

    • @DropOfHuman

      This is dangerous topic because they are saying believing true boundaries putting their self first by taking care of their temple staying private and will do anything and everything to secure their own lives

    • @DropOfHuman
      @DropOfHuman 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There, everyone believes that narcissists are everywhere. When in reality there's very few narcissists that are actually narcissists, and the rest are just narcissistic behavior that we all share that we all do. To turn your head out your best interest is betraying yourself. Tough, and that's why the world protects narcissist is because they're right. You have to have some sort of self-respect in order to protect your privacy. And get ahead in life doesn't mean they 100% lack. Empathy, like some actual narcissist, very few people. Act that way, but in reality, when you're an emoath, you're betraying yourself. That's why m paths always lose. And narcissist rarely ever lose because the world sides of them.

      That’s a powerful perspective. Focusing on your own success as a form of 'revenge' aligns well with Marcus Aurelius’ idea of not letting negativity influence you. Investing your energy into personal growth and achievements often proves to be the most fulfilling response to adversity.

    I liked the long version. This short version is a great quick reminder. Since I have watched the other one. I have observed that I tend to less offer solution to people. Yes, I totally agree. There are times when people gave me advices that I didn't want to listen or that I thought were a bit off... Even thought they think the best for me, I could see hw they put their own ideas and limitations on me. Now I can listen to them (it use to make me angry - not very stoic of me ) from what they tell me I can hear the "if I were you..."

    They all speak to me. But since you ask which one i think in this point in time it's lesson 2 "practice makes perfect". But their is one point you bring up which makes the difference : perfect practice makes perfect. That makes me think about the compound effect. The more you do something, the more it grows... I just have to choose what I want.

    I remember reading that anger and worry are interconnected with fear. I like that mindfulness book called 30 Days to Overcome Anger by Harper Daniels.

    I find hard sometimes not to be affected by people's way of being. For me the complainers are a challenge, I just want to go away, and at the same time, I want to keep polite and/or present depending who is the person. I guess, I just need to find a way to tell them I am not interested in hearing alll about their negativity. Everytime I find a positive side, their conteract with more negativity. Like it is stuck on them. Thank you for your advice, I will try to find a different posture.
