Here is the full field of the final heat of male 45-49 at the 2024 Legends Championship in Tempe, AZ (ASU). This was Day 2 (Friday), Event 3 "Say Hello To My Little Friend" which was, 3 rounds for time, with an 11 minute cap:

Thanks to Keith Martin for sharing a squat program that should help build a strength foundation, here it is: I am currently doing this once every 6 or 7 days, but would like to build that up to once every 5 days. Yes sir, the SB test was obscene...it definitely was the most painful one of the weekend for me! And looking back, I'd say the BMU/HS walk/DP was my favorite test! Appreciate you Robert!

@@johndonjoian haha, that one was much more of a thruster/burpee workout! And they were “light” thrusters that happened to use the DB’s. So…technically, you’re correct John, however IMO, that’s not the typical Legends DB test!

Nice work John, I wish I could do 50 wb unbroken. I did all 10’s but was able to make up time on the cleans. 9:08. Couple bonus reps lol. I did 24.3 at #205 like a bone head. Got an ok time 4:29 but should be a lot better with #185. Hopefully see ya in Arizona!! Best of luck and thanks for always sharing vids.
