I bought the gears of war five 5 bundle and since day one I’ve had connection issues like on rainbow six I had issues with ping bouncing between 120 and 353 and the lag made the game unplayable so I switched back to my one s and was experiencing gameplay at 9-15 ping

I live in a house with my onex amd my dad and brother have regular Xbox one, mine is the only one getting kicked every 15-20 minutes every hour, I reset router, Har reset console cleared Mac address I even thought it was my internet provider soi changed to a better provider still had WiFi issues, I get kicked off everyday every hour while my dad and brother are still connected, I got my console at best buy and got the 2 year warranty can I geta refund or switch consoles it is still under warranty had it just over a year

My X disconnects from from Xbox live like every 30 minutes or so, and as someone who plays Rainbow ranked would basically be the last thing I’d ever want to do. My router is completely fine as so are all the other electronics in the house, connected to the WiFi. My Xbox disconnects me, but if I forget the router and re enter the password it’ll connect me back like nothing ever happened. Basically unplayable, or those awkward moments where you’re watching a movie with others and the mf disconnects leaving us in silence... ya know. Edit: ohh and I just love that my warranty expires right as these issues began to occur 👍🏻

Yeah pretty much a year later and just bought one last night and I get disconnected from interned about every 10-20 minutes, which makes me have to reconnect to it. This is such a dumb, and annoying problem that should not be happening. Especially with a 500 dollar console. Very frustrating.

Yeah, I'm having issues with the Wi-Fi signal on my One X. Download speeds are usually in the upper 50 Mbps, but my upload speed is under 2 Mbps. Very infuriating. So, I'm trying to connect my One X to a Wi-Fi extender via Cat 6 cable and install the extender closer to the router. Should have kept my original One.

I put in a cable but I don't really wanna, my internet is 200 down but the X just disconnects randomly. Pretty bad when you play overwatch

Try clearing the MAC address.i cleared mine and it stopped booting me off.And now watch, Xbox will make an update changing the address in a way where it’ll make you disconnect again.its all a cash gain to them especially since the next gen consoles are coming out in 4 more years

It just started to happen to me. When I play world of tanks every 4-5 min it looses wifi signal for 10 seconds. I had the same issue on my old console witch was a xbox 360 ultimate. I fixed the problem on the 360 by replacing the wireless network card on it.

It's same on wired also I've noticed me and a friend play on my internet and on BF4 I get lag but he don't and he is using a regular Xbox one so the X must be causing it

My xbox one x worked fine but after may it always disconnects from xbox live when I turn it on it always say NAT type unavailable when I use wired or wireless

They should send an ethernet cable to you free of charge. Wireless is always bad, slower and laggy.
